You need to have people around you who are ready to listen to you. You need to let them help you. In high-pressure jobs, one can cope up by not letting the pressure get you. Even during working hours, try to find a few minutes to relax and meditate, this really helps a lot. Working out also helps a lot because you get all charged up and it makes you feel happy.
